You're signed in, but you don't have an active Concura subscription yet. Concura.AI gives CMMC practitioners a senior-assessor reference for all 320 NIST SP 800-171A assessment objectives, the Delta Corp example SSP as a tailoring template, and a Knowledge Base of cross-control deep-dives — all kept current as DoD guidance evolves.

Pricing

Concura Reference — $3,000 / year. All 320 assessment objectives with senior-assessor analysis, verbatim NIST + CMMC source text, the Delta Corp example SSP, the Knowledge Base, the CMMC Enclave Architecture decision guide, completion tracker, community access, and continuous content updates.

Concura Interview — +$5,000 / year (coming soon). Add an AI assessor that interviews you control-by-control — voice or text — and produces your personalized SSP narrative. Available as a 14-day trial for active Reference subscribers at launch.

Concura Consult — $300 / hour. Direct senior-assessor time, available only to active Reference or Interview subscribers, prepaid via Stripe.

Important — use the same email everywhere

Your access is tied to your email address. To avoid being locked out after payment:

  1. Use the same email at Stripe checkout that you use to sign in to Concura.
  2. After payment completes, return to concura.ai/dashboard/ and sign in with that same email.

If the emails don't match, the paywall won't recognize your subscription. If this happens, email support@concura.ai with your Stripe receipt and we'll reconcile the accounts manually.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime. From your subscription confirmation email, click "Manage your subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal. Cancel with one click. Annual subscriptions are billed in advance; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term. No pro-rated refund is issued, but you keep what you've paid for.

Refunds. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once active. If you believe you were billed in error or were charged after a successful cancellation, email support@concura.ai with your Stripe receipt and we'll review case-by-case. We aim to respond within two business days.

Pause. If you need to take a break without losing access entirely, email support@concura.ai. We can sometimes accommodate a short pause without a full cancellation.

Privacy and terms

By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what oauth2-proxy gives us (your authenticated email) and what Stripe gives us (your subscription record). We don't sell or share your information. We don't track your browsing within the site.
