Your payment was successful — thank you for subscribing.

What happens next

Your subscription is being activated right now. Within about a minute:

  1. Stripe notifies Concura of your payment.
  2. Your email is added to the access list.
  3. Your Concura customer record is created with your tier.

When that's done, you can sign in to the dashboard and you'll have full access to all 320 NIST 800-171A assessment objectives, the Delta Corp example SSP, the Knowledge Base, and everything else included with your tier.

If you sign in and see a "Subscribe to Concura.AI" page instead of the dashboard, wait 30–60 seconds and refresh — Stripe and Concura are still talking to each other in the background. If it persists more than a couple of minutes, email support@concura.ai with your Stripe receipt and we'll fix it manually.

Important — sign in with the email you paid with

Concura ties access to the email address Stripe sent us with your payment. Sign in to the dashboard with that same email. If you sign in with a different email, the paywall won't recognize your subscription.

If you paid with one email and need to use a different email for sign-in, email support@concura.ai with both addresses and your Stripe receipt and we'll reconcile.

Your first 5 minutes in Concura

To get oriented quickly, we recommend:

  1. Set your architecture. Visit your Company Profile and tell us whether your CUI lives in a Microsoft VDI enclave, on locked-down endpoints, or across an enterprise (manufacturers and other distributed-operations OSCs). Concura tailors the implementation guidance on every objective page to match.
  2. Read the dashboard landing page. Dashboard gives you the layout of the site — control families, the Delta Corp example SSP, the Knowledge Base.
  3. Open one assessment objective page. Try AC.L2-3.1.1[a] — it's the worked example and shows the three-tab layout (Concura Insight, Reference, Implementation) you'll see across all 320 objectives.
  4. Browse the Knowledge Base. Knowledge Base — 50+ cross-control deep-dives organized by topic.

Managing your subscription

You'll receive a Stripe receipt by email shortly. That email contains a link to your Stripe customer portal, where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Download invoices
  • See your subscription term
  • Cancel auto-renewal (your access continues through the end of your current term)

Save that email — it's how you'll manage billing without going through Concura support.
